FAQ's Forms module

1. How do I add a new Form for a Prospect?

From the Forms module select the desired Form folder in the Folders pane. Select the Add button on the program tool bar to add a new form. Real Estate Real Easy automatically stores all Forms in the appropriate folder. If you Bookmarked the Prospect select that Prospect's bookmark to add the Prospects name to the Forms header. If the Prospects record was not Bookmarked select the small Search button located in the Bookmarks pane header to open the Form Search window. Enter the Prospects last name in the Find field then select the Find button. If found, the Prospect record is highlighted. In the Search window double click on the Prospect's row or select the Insert button to insert the Prospect's name in the Forms header. A link is automatically created in the Forms tab of the Prospect's record. Navigate to the Prospect's record by selecting the small Prospects icon in the Form's header located to the left of the Prospect's name.

2. How do I delete a Prospect's Form?

In the Forms module select the desired Form folder in the Folders pane. Select the Search button on the program tool bar to open the search window. Enter the Prospect's last name in the Find field then select the Find button. If the program finds the Form for the Prospect it is highlighted in the Search window. Double click on the Prospects row in the search window to open their Form. When the desired Prospect's Form is displayed select the Del button on the program tool bar. You are prompted to confirm deleting this Form. Select Yes to delete the displayed Form.

3. How do I use a Bookmarked Prospect to locate a specific Form?

Prospects displayed in the Bookmarks pane can be applied to a new Form or used to locate a Form already created for the Prospect. From the Forms module select the desired Form in the Folders pane. Select the Bookmarked Prospect to display their Form is present. If a Form exists for this Prospect the Form opens displaying the Prospects name in the Forms header. If a Form does not exist for this Bookmarked Prospect you are prompted to create one. If you select the Yes option a new form is created for the Prospect. A link for this new form is automatically created in the Prospect's record Forms tab.

4. How do I search for an existing Prospect's Form.

In the Forms module select the Search button on the program tool bar to open the Form Search window. Select the desired Form folder in the Folders pane. In the Search window Find field enter the Prospects last name then select the Find button. If found, the Prospect's Forms row is highlighted. Double click on the highlighted row or select the small Forms icon in the upper left hand corner of the Search window to open that Prospect's Form.

5. How come the Buyer and Seller Questionnaire Forms are not listed in the Folders pane?

The Buyer and Seller Questionnaires are non-editable forms. When printed from a Prospect's record the Form will include the Buyer and/or Seller name and address information. Both Forms are available for printing from the Prospects module, print dialog window, Forms tab. You may also print these forms from the Forms module as a Blank (no name/address information printed on the form), or to File creating a PDF document.

6. I printed a Buyer and Seller Questionnaire Form from a Prospect's record, how come they are not listed in the Prospect's Forms tab?

The Buyer and Seller Questionnaire were designed to be printed and manually completed while interviewing Buyers and Sellers. After the Form is completed place it in your working folder for reference. These two Forms are not saved in the Prospect's record Forms tab.

7. What is Content Sensitive Help?

Select the Help button on the Program Tool Bar to open help specific to the window currently open in the program. Select a field, section or button in the Help image to display help for that field, section or button.
