FAQ's Help Module

1. Which Help button opens content sensitive Help?

Select the Help button on the program Tool Bar in the upper right hand corner of the program window.

2. What is visual based content sensitive Help?

Data records, reports, forms, tools and system utilities in the program are directly linked to a Help file. When you select the Tool Bar Help button Help opens to an image of what is currently displayed in the program. Help is linked to each field, button or section in the Help file image describing what it is and how to use it. The Help program includes a Table of Contents and Search panes if you wish to browse through help files.

3. Is the help file the same for both the program Tool Bar button and the Menu pane Help button?

Yes, Help opens to the Welcome page if the Menu pane Help button is selected. The tool bar Help button opens Help to whatever program window is currently in the program.

4. I used the content sensitive Help button on the program Tool Bar and it opened Help displaying an image of the window currently open in the program, what do I do now?

In the Help window, left click on a field, button or section to display help for that field, button or section.
