FAQ's Schedule Module
1. How do I enter an appointment in the Schedule Module?
The Schedule Module is only for viewing your appointments. Schedule an appointment from a Prospect's record Schedule tab and it is automatically sent to and displayed in the Schedule Module. From the Schedule Module Day Viewer you can grid navigate directly to the record where the Schedule was entered. Information is integrated automatically in Real Estate Real Easy, including scheduled items. Integrated information allows quick and easy access to related documents for a Prospect, Servicer, Form, Contract, Schedule or Accounting.
2. The appointments shown in the month view in the Schedule Module are small print and I can't see all of the text. How do I get a full view of a day's appointments?
In the Schedule module, double click any day of the month or select the View button to open the day Calendar window. The Day Calendar can be repositioned anywhere on your monitor. Select a day in the month to display that day's appointments in the Calendar window. In the Calendar window, select an appointment's row to display the contact information of the record where the appointment was made. To navigate to the record where the appointment was made select the appointments row in the Day Viewer then double click or select the grid navigation icon to navigate directly to the record where the appointment was entered.
3. How do I enter a schedule reminder for an appointment?
Reminders can be set up to 2 days before a scheduled appointment. The schedule must be a timed appointment (Assigned hours and minutes for the appointment). After entering the appointment's date, hour and minutes, select the reminder field at the right end of the schedule's row to open the Schedule reminder dialog window. Enter the number of minutes, hours or days you wish to be reminded before the appointment then close the Reminder window. The Real Estate Real Easy program must be running for the reminder to open at the designated time before the appointment.
4. What can I do if my set reminders are not opening the correct amount of time before the appointment.?
If reminders are not opening when expected check the computer's clock. To correct the time in a computer's clock double click on the time in the lower right hand corner of your computers task bar to open Windows Date Time Properties dialog window. Real Estate Real Easy uses the computer's clock to process reminders.
5. What is Content Sensitive Help?
Select the Help button on the Program Tool Bar to open help specific to the window currently open in the program. Select a field, section or button in the Help image to display help for that field, section or button.
