Forms Module - View Screen Shot
Overview
Assign a Prospect or Servicer record to a form in the Forms module and the form's link is automatically entered on the Forms tab of the Prospect's record. All forms created for a prospect can easily be accessed using the Forms link. The following is a list and brief description of the forms provided in the Real Estate Real Easy® program.
Agent Referral
Create and track your buyer and seller referrals to other agents. (See image at bottom of this page)
Buy vs Rent
Demonstrate to renters the advantages of home ownership versus renting.
Buyer Closing Costs
Provide buyers with an estimate of their closing costs. Tabs for Non-Recurring Costs, Prepaid Expenses and Deposits and Credits
Buyer Questionnaire
Document your buyer's information, needs and wants.
Buyer Viewed Homes
Track the homes you've shown to buyers.
Communications Log
Document your communications with buyers and sellers.
Cost of Repairs
Provide your clients with the cost of repairs and the recommended servicers contact information.
Fax Cover Sheet
Print this form from a Prospect or Servicers record to include their contact information on the fax cover sheet. Include a text field for comments.
Gross Rent Multiplier
Calculates the recommended Purchase price or gross rent multiplier for income producing properties.
Mortgage Payment
Calculates the mortgage payment for up to 3 loans on one property. Includes fields for Property Taxes, Homeowners's Insurance, and Home Owners Association. Produces the total first year loan interest and property taxes for income tax purposes.
Offer Net Comparison
Calculate a purchase offer's net to the seller. Compare up to three offers side by side. Compares offers by Price, Schedule, Deposits, Financing, Seller Paid Financing Costs, Other Seller Paid Costs, Selling Agent Commission and Listing Agent Commission. The Estimated Proceeds fields include, Purchase Price Offered, Total Seller Paid Costs and Estimated Net Proceeds.
Seller Net Proceeds
Provide sellers with an estimate of net proceeds. Categories included are; Non-Recurring Costs, Prorated Expenses and Refunds and Credits.
