Prospects Module - View Screen Shot

Standard Folders

Place a check mark in a folder's check box in the Prospect Information section and the record is automatically placed into that folder. A Prospect record can exist in multiple folders simultaneously.

Unlimited Custom Folders

Organize your prospects into folders for easy access. Mail merge, email and print Reports, Forms and Tools (Handouts and Letters), directly from the Prospect's record. Place Prospect into 1, 2 or 3 custom farm folders. (Farm or any other custom category folders).

Bookmarks

Add an open Prospect record to the Bookmarks pane for quick and easy access to the most active.

Search Records

Multiple search criteria from the Search screen. Search by Last Name, First Name, Street Name, City, Zip Code, Co-Last Name, Co-First Name and Parcel Number.

Sort records by folder to Mail Merge a letter or handout.

Quickly sort Prospects by folder category by just clicking on the desired folder in the Folders pane. Lists just the Prospects in the selected folder.

Print

The Prospect's print window (select Print button on program tool bar to open), lists all Reports, Forms and Tools available for printing. Print Reports, Forms and Tools individually or select multiple documents for printing in one print session.

Telephones

An unlimited number of phones can be added in the prospect's record

Email

Two email address fields for each Prospect record. Double click on the email address to automatically places the Prospect's email address in the TO: field. If multiple Prospects were selected from the search window, their email addresses are places in the BCC: field.

Notes and Communications Documentation's

Notes tab with Date/Time stamp for tracking communications with the prospect. Communications documentation - When a Report, Form, or Tool (Handouts and Letters), are printed from the Prospect's record, whether individually or as a mail merge, it is documented automatically in the Prospect's Notes tab.

Schedule Tab

Schedule tab to schedule appointments with the Prospect. Schedules added in the Prospects module are automatically entered in the schedule module and linked to the record where they were created.

Contracts Tab

Assign the Prospect to a listing or sales contract in the Contracts module and the contract is added to the Prospect's Contracts tab, and automatically linked between modules.

Forms Tab

Assign the Prospect to a Form in the Forms module and the Form is added to the Prospect's Form tab, and automatically linked between modules.

Property Tab

Displays imported APN Farm file property details, ownership information, assessment and taxes and mortgages and loans (from county records, provided by Data Quick and/or title companies).
