System Module - Utilities
The Systems module is where you'll find the accounting module and all other utilities to keep your data safe, share servicers and tools, Import data from other programs, export data to other programs, synchronize contacts and schedules with Microsoft Outlook®, Share import field mapping templates, checklists, handouts and letters with other users of the Real Estate Real Easy® program.

Easy to use Backup utility to keep your data safe. When any changes are made to any record in the program, you'll be prompted to backup your data before closing the program. We highly recommend performing a back up at least at the end of the day. Using the Backup and Restore utilities, allows you to install Real Estate Real Easy® on multiple computers and always have the most current data.

Import utilities specific to Microsoft Outlook® and Act!®. Import contact records exported as .cvs or .dbf files from other contact management programs. Import APN Farm files provide by Data Quick® or your favorite title company. Import a Servicer Share file (Service Providers from the Servicers module), exported from another installation of Real Estate Real Easy®. Import utilities available to download for free from our web site support section for Instant Impact™version 5.1 and Professional Real Estate. Create and save import field mapping templates for later use when importing the same file types.
