FAQ 1. What if I have the demonstration version installed and want to purchase and register the program?

If you already the demo version installed you do not need to download the installation file again. Once we receive payment you will receive a registration file and registration instructions.


FAQ 2. What if I buy a new computer or lose the installation file?

We keep your contact information on file so just let us know and a link to download the installation file with instructions for registering the new installation will be sent to you.


FAQ 3 . How do I upgrade my title company distributed Level 1 version to Level 2?

If you have one of our Level 1 versions installed, provided to you by one of our licensed distributors, we have your level 1 registration on file. Special upgrade pricing is available for you as shown below.

Upgrade Level 1 to Level 2 for just $49.95 (California residents must pay a 8.25% sales tax) Total = $54.07 Send a check for the appropriate amount and we'll send your Level 2 upgrade file as an attachment to an email with instructions for upgrading your version. Please include the name of the title company providing you with the Level 1 version. The distributors name is required for us to send you the correct upgrade file.


FAQ 5. What is the Real Estate Real Easy® refund policy?

Once the program registration file is requested and sent we cannot confirm if you have un-installed the program. For this reason we do not provide refunds for the purchase of the real estate software . We recommend you evaluate the program first by requesting the Demo Version. The Demo version is identical to the registered version except "not registered" will appear in place of your name throughout the program and in the print output headers.
