2. We consider it a privilege to be invited into your PC. We try to repay you the compliment by providing program support in any way possible.


3. We wouldn't want to purchase software without the promise of assistance, so we wouldn't treat you differently. Have you experienced support-for-pay and the dissatisfaction it produces. We've been there too, which is why we don't want to subject you to that dissatisfaction.


4. Real Estate Real Easy® is robust and reliable, so if you have a question, we feel confident we'll be able to answer it so you can get back to work. We have faith in Real Estate Real Easy's capabilities and we want you to be able to use all the features to their fullest capacities.


5. You will be notified when Updates and Upgrades are available.


6. What is the difference between an Update and an Upgrade? An Update is a program bug fix that is available for free. Updates will be posted on our web site Support page. An Upgrade is an addition to the program's features. An Upgrade might have an associated cost depending on when you purchased the program. You will be instructed how to download and install any available Updates or Upgrades.


NOTE: If you received the Real Estate Real Easy® program from one of our licensed distributors you will be notified of any Upgrades or Updates available for your version of the software.
